Job Summary

Reporting directly to the HR Manager based in Pamplona this role acts as the primary HR contact for the local organization and plays a key role in supporting growth initiatives across the region.

  • Single point of contact for all employees and managers in the location on HR matters
  • Provide proactive HR guidance and ensure compliance with policies standards and legal requirements
  • Interface with Business Area HR internal business and the external payroll provider
  • Manage the full recruiting cycle from job posting to contract preparation
  • Coordinate talent and performance management processes and followup actions
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems and ensure auditready data quality
  • Prepare HR documents (contracts certificates letters)
  • Drive local regional implementation of organizational and HR changes
  • Implement new HR systems tools and processes
  • Lead sitespecific HR projects
  • Coordinate external office services and ensure a safe wellfunctioning work environment
  • Support the growth in the MENA region with HR activities

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role or equivalent strategic HR position
  • Proven experience managing employee relations talent management and organizational development
  • Strong knowledge of Spanish labor laws employment regulations and European HR practices
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Experience with HR platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels
  • Strong project management capabilities and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Proficiency in conflict resolution and change management
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters with professionalism and discretion
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required
