Role description:
Arcadis is looking for a Junior Consultant (f/m/d) to join our Technical Advisory team in Madrid ES.
This position will suit a highly motivated Junior Consultant (f/m/d) to consolidate their career within the leading global Design & Consultancy firm for natural and built assets joining a successful team with exceptional Multinational clients.
Our ideal candidate will have technical background and good personal soft skills with innovative and digital orientation. Will be part of our Development Consultancy team reporting to Team Leader.
Role accountabilities:
As a member of our Consultancy team (Technical Advisory) the tasks to be performed include:
- Contribute to the implementation and development of technical due diligences/project supervision in real estate transactions.
- Analysis of risks in the day-to-day running of buildings.
- Estimate investment costs to reverse asset defects and/or legal non-conformities.
- Build and maintain relationships with our clients and provide a high level of client service.
- Ability to draw layouts and fit-out schemes for conceptual project stages. Prior experience in hotels residential and other hospitality projects is highly valued.
- Strong proficiency in generative artificial intelligence using AI tools for both text and image creation.
- Working with spreadsheets including handling complex formulas and macros.
- Open to travel including international trips and multi-day stays.
Qualifications & Experience:
Essential:
- Bachelors degree in Architecture or Masters degree in Architecture.
- 2 - 4 years of relevant professional experience (Background in consultancy is really valuable)
- Full professional English (reading writing and speaking) is a must.
- Timely delivery consistency and quality of deliverable to team and client expectations in compliance with our business quality systems.
