Job Summary
The TCM Practitioner provides holistic wellness consultations and treatments based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles to support guests overall well-being. This role delivers personalized treatment plans in alignment with Anantara Wellnesss integrative luxury wellness philosophy ensuring safe ethical and high-quality care while enhancing guest experience and satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing TCM Practitioner.
- Valid TCM Practitioner License / Certification compliant with local regulatory requirements
- Experience in wellness resorts medical spas wellness clinics or integrative health centers preferred
- Proven experience in conducting individual consultations and personalized treatment programs
- Ability to design and implement customized goal-oriented treatment plans
- Excellent interpersonal and consultation skills with a guest-centric approach
