Job Summary

POSITION SUMMARY:The Patient Representative will welcome and assist patients visitors and staff at the entrance of the facility. This role plays a vital part in creating a positive first impression ensuring safety protocols are followed and assisting with wayfinding and basic & QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma or equivalent requiredMust be at least 21 years of age or older requiredMust have a valid drivers license requiredMust have a clean driving record requiredAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionProfessional appearanceOutgoing and pleasant personalityExcellent communication skillsAbility to deal with stressful and complicated situations with poise and precise decision-making skillsPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:Ability to assist with lifting amounts of weight more than 100lbsAbility to sit stand walk bend stoop twist for extended periods up to 8 hours per dayOccasional lifting carrying pushing pulling or reaching both overhead and at or below shoulder levelConstant communication (including speaking and hearing) both face to face and over the phoneWORK SCHEDULE:Monday - Friday 8:00AM - 5:00PM with flexible hours for training purposes.
