Job Summary
- Develop strong partnerships with Logistics teams to identify operational challenges and implement solutions
- Lead root cause analysis for logistics-related issues and develop sustainable solutions
- Design and implement improved NA Logistics processes and procedures
- Track logistics KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Create and present strategic recommendations to senior management
- Participate actively in global logistics excellence communities
- Research and implement industry best practices in logistics operations
Qualifications :
Critical Knowledge
- Bachelors degree in SC Management Logistics Business Economics or related field
- Deep understanding of transportation and warehouse management systems
- Advanced knowledge of logistics technology and automation tools
- Understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations and commercial interfaces
Critical Experience
- 5 years of experience in logistics operations
- Transportation or warehouse management experience required
- Extensive knowledge of TMS/WMS systems
- Project management expertise with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects
- Change management experience in complex organizations
