Position Summary


The purpose of this role is to ensure the range of new and existing client projects are managed effectively and efficiently. To ensure the work is strategically focused delivered on time and on budget while championing the quality and delivery of all client projects. Provide oversight and day-to-day relationship for development and management of client programs. Tasks include but are not limited to: relationship management program management internal and external client communications overall servicing and coordination.

To provide superior service to theretail accounts portfolioincoordinationwith the Account Director:

  • Promotion andDevelopment ofa strong solid business relationship withour clients.
  • Focusing on our customers businessobjectivesand exceeding their expectations.
  • Ensuring a thorough understanding of theestimatingand billing procedures atSGS.
  • Assistingin the completion ofweekly invoicing on a consistent basis andmonthly financial summaries/forecaststogether with the AccountDirector.
  • Continually working to improve internal processes communications and the working relationship between the assigned account team and all other departments atSGS.
  • Monitoring progress pre-empting any problems and making recommendationsin regard tomodificationsrequiredthrough a solution focussed approach.
  • Striving to strengthen and extend the client relationship through the identification of business growth opportunities by demonstration of a full application of the marketing mix retailtechniquesand legalities.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of theclientprograms
  • Conduct research surveys datacollectionand reporting as needed to support the client
  • Provides business intelligencetrends and opportunities competitive analysis ongoing metrics
  • Research and propose new development ideas strategies and processes for greater efficiencyincluding GPN
  • Prepare reports and QBRsforthe clientwith the SAD and VP Sales Retail Channel.
  • Guide and direct internal team on client program requirements and processes
  • Other projects and tasks as assigned
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

  • Client toeffectively and efficiently manage the assigned account.
  • Creative Department Planning Digital and Experiential to ensure a strong working relationship with the named department.
  • Suppliers tomaintaina good working relationship with third party suppliers.
  • Finance to ensure allSGSs financial processes and proceduresareadhered to at all times.

Educational & Experience Minimum Requirements

This position requires the following knowledge and skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing orotherrelated field.
  • 3 years of experience in a Sales based capacity.
  • Experience in pre-presspackagingor other related industry preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $30 - $35 USD hourly. Ultimately in determining pay we will consider the successful candidates location experience and other job-related factors.
