Supply Planner India SCM

Job Description

We are seeking a candidate who will be responsible for the supply planning of our externally manufactured products on Loan Licensing (LL) and TP for India market. The candidate has to be proficient in material and finished goods planning to meet business requirement viz-a-viz plan optimal inventory. This role would also curtail cross function collaboration with external manufacturing team quality regulatory IPDO finance demand planning Logistics ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.

The candidate will report to the Lead Supply Planner for India market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain rolling supply plan for 12 months horizon based on demand forecast and inventory norms. Further coordinate with GEM team to ensure timely supplies.
• Ensure timely Material Requirement Planning (MRP) evaluation as per supply plan and coordinate with sourcing to ensure full-kitting (with released stocks) by month end for next months production.
• Collaborate with GEM sourcing quality regulatory logistics finance and demand planning team to ensure seamless supply continuity.
• Monitor and report key Supply chain KPIs including but not limited to ensuring stock availability (no supply gap) Full-kitting SS Norms TSL Stock to Norm (STN) No-touch planning etc.
• Create and maintain accurate masters in SAP and Kx (e.g BOM SS Norms MOQ etc.)
• Identify and pro-actively mitigate supply risks through scenario planning CFT alignment and timely escalation of supply constraints/concerns
• Inventory management includes monthly evaluation of non-moving or near expiry inventory to ensure timely liquidation to avoid obsolescence. Work with the team to ensure timely destruction for expired/obsolete Inventory
• Lead monthly Pre-S&OP discussion with GEM on key KPIs critical products as well as future concerns.
• Ensure timely implementation of MRP (Max. Retail Price) and ensuring optimal inventory to maximise MRP benefit
• Work with MSAT Quality production and regulatory teams to ensure timely release of products and closure of incident investigations resulting from logistics and warehouse issues.
• Tracking changing in lieu of regulatory guidelines CIP AVD projects artwork change shelf life extension etc. with GEM and sourcing to avoid minimize COPE

Qualifications :

Work Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in supply planning production planning ideally within pharmaceutical sector
• Bachelors / Masters degree in supply chain or related field required.
• Familiarity with GMP and regulatory guidelines of Pharmaceuticals
• ERP Experience SAP-S4 HANA and Kinaxis is must

Preferred Skills

• Good understanding of planning process general business practice and inventory control
• Strong analytical organizational and problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a Must
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects and deliverables at the same time
• Good communication and collaboration skill
