Job Summary

FLINT is seeking Journeyperson Stainless Steel Rig Welders with a minimum of 5 years stainless steel industrial welding experience for a temporary assignment in Cold Lake Alberta starting February 23 through March 31. In this position you will enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule 8-hour workdays and benefits after 300 hours worked.

This position does not include camp accommodations living out allowance or travel allowance. Therefore it is best suited for local candidates; however those willing to travel or relocate at their own expense are also encouraged to apply.

Qualifications :

Minimum 5 years stainless steel welding experience in O&G or heavy industrial environments.
Valid Journeyperson Welder certificate/ticket.
Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements:
- CSTS-2020
Possess the mandatory welding tickets:
- B-Pressure
- Class-A
- CWB
- FCAW/MCAW
Must have a fully equipped welding truck with valid registration and insurance.
Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions.
Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required.

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
