Job Description:
Provide specialized analysis consultative service and advice for own area of expertise and develop design and deliver HR solutions to enable businesses to achieve their goals and objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
CUSTOMER
Provide specialized HR related advice/support to management/leadership and respective teams for area(s) of specialization with industry external and internal enterprise and business awareness; understand trends identify issues and opportunities and provide recommended action to
Provide subject matter expertise and/or input to projects/initiatives as a representative for area of specialization and where necessary participate in identifying designing and testing HR solutions and supporting implementation activities
Maintain awareness of changing legal/regulatory requirements and practices within the industry and consult with policy/process owners within HR to ensure compliance
Manage stakeholder relationships to develop and deliver integrated solutions
Contribute to ongoing enhancement of functional initiatives processes and protocols
Manage the integrated implementation of HR policies / processes / procedures / changes across multiple functional areas
Conduct regular ongoing analysis evaluation / assessment and review of HR policies and processes
Lead the development implementation and understanding of training material reports presentations and procedures for new policies and/or processes
SHAREHOLDER
Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for own business area
Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence information and all matters of confidentiality; escalate issues where appropriate
Participate in cross-functional / enterprise / initiatives as a subject matter expert helping to identify risk / provide guidance for complex situations
Conduct internal and external research projects; support the development/ delivery of presentations / communications to management or broader audience
Support ongoing relationship with partners selected to administer plans and programs on behalf of the Bank
Monitor service productivity and assess efficiency levels within own function and implement continuous process / performance improvements where opportunities exist
Independently conduct meaningful data analysis using results to draw conclusions make recommendations and assess the effectiveness of programs/ practices
Identify issues trends and gaps and initiate investigations within defined parameters
Keep abreast of emerging issues trends and evolving regulatory requirements and assess potential impacts
Protect the interests of the organization identify and manage risks and escalate non-standard high risk transactions / activities as necessary
Maintain a culture of risk management and control supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite

Highly seasoned professional role requiring substantial knowledge / expertise in a complex field and knowledge of broader related areas
Integrate knowledge of the enterprise sub-functions or business lines overarching strategy in developing solutions across multiple functions or operations
Interpret internal/external business challenges and the industry environment recommends course of action and best practices to improve products processes or services
Solve complex problems requiring analysis of multiple variables including consultation with multiple stakeholders
Integrate the broader organizational context into advice and solutions within own area
Understand the industry competition and the factors that differentiate the organization
Act as a subject matter expert within their own area of specialty
Typically reports to a Specialized HR Manager or above
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
Undergraduate degree
5 years of relevant experience
