As we continue to grow we are excited to add aSenior Sales Directorto our Italy team. The position is based in our Milan offices (3 days a week).

OVERVIEW:

As aSenior Sales Directoryou willbe responsible formanaging key client relationships driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role will focus onstrategic account management business development and sales leadershipto achieve and exceed targets. You will work closely with internal teams including marketing customer success and operations to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

What Youll Do:

Account Management & Growth:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts ensuring client retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients providing consultative sales and solutions.

New Business Development:

  • Identifyand pursue new business opportunities within existing and new accounts.
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers to influence buying decisions.
  • Work with the sales team to develop compelling sales pitches and presentations.

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets including revenue profit and customer acquisition goals.
  • Develop pricing strategies contract negotiations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and lead-generation strategies.

Team Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Mentor and support junior sales team members where applicable.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide regular sales reports forecasts and insights to leadership.

What Youll Bring:

  • Experience: 15 years in sales account management or business development preferably in consumer goods or consumer electronics.
  • Fluent Italian and English
  • Proven Track Record:Demonstratedability to exceed revenue targets and grow key accounts.
  • Client-Focused:Strong ability to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Negotiation & Closing:Expertisein handling complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
  • Strategic Thinking:Ability toidentifygrowth opportunities and drive long-term business success.
  • Communication & Leadership:Excellent presentation influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • CRM & Tech-Savvy:Proficiencyin CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
