Essential Functions/Responsibilities: - Performs Line Clearances of the production lines.
- Performs all checks outlined in the batch production records such as verifying batching weighing packaging X-Ray and waste recording (as applicable) for each Lot.
- Reports any discrepancies or non-compliance conditions to the Quality Supervisor.
- Issues labels for bulk packaging to Production as needed.
- Coordinate in sampling and retention of raw materials.
- Responsible for hold and release of incoming raw materials and finished products.
- Responsible for the maintenance of logs such as cleaning and calibration logs as assigned by the Quality Supervisor.
- Responsible for performing ATP Verification tests when needed.
- Responsible for enforcing GMPs safety and sanitation standards and any other assigned task by Quality Supervisor.
- Responsible for following the assigned Food Safety guidelines set by the FDA and all other certifying authorities such as SQF NFC and Orthodox Union at all times and contributing to the plants Food Safety Culture.
- Assist in the absence of QC tech when needed and requested by the Quality Supervisor.
