Job Summary
Account Supervisor at American Security & Investigations
Hourly: 28.84/hour
Schedule:Primarily 2nd shift Wednesday-Sunday
Location: This position is split between Eagan and St. Paul MN
Are you an experienced security professional with a background in site supervision Are you seeking a role to work in a high-profile commercial property Then consider joining ASI as an Account Supervisorfor a client in Eagan/St. Paul MN!
As the Account Supervisor You Will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the site and partner with market leadership and law enforcement entities to address operational needs
- Develop rapport with client representatives and other relevant partners by resolving issues and creating employee and customer facing training programs under the guidance of operational company executive
- Supervise and coordinate activities of guard force as dictated by contractual obligations and to meet or exceed client expectations
- Train develop mentor and motivate Security Officers to provide quality consistent service and to ensure all decisions comply with company policy and federal and state regulations
- Participate in the employee onboarding process including new hire interviewing and selection of candidates that meet ASIs and the clients required level of qualifications and skills
What You Bring:
- At least 5 years of security leadership experience
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proven track record of client success
- The ability to be flexible and available as issues can arise 24 hours a day seven days a week
- Policy development and training experience preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office products as well as site-specific security programs
- For this position you must have a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
