Job Description
Evergreen Innovation Group part of the DPR Family of Companies is seeking a highly skilled detail-oriented Marketing Specialisttohelpbuild brand awareness and develop compelling collateral that supports organizational are expected to collaborate with and coordinate the execution of marketing contentandwill develop sales materials associated with project pursuits including but not limited to Qualifications Packages RFPResponsesand Interview Presentations.
Additionalefforts will includedeveloping project information pagesmaintainingthe CRM system managing townhalls making sure all materials align with company-wide branding and templates will be essential as well as a proven ability to build effective relationships within and across teams. The ideal candidate will exemplifythe companiesunifyingfour core values (Integrity Uniqueness Enjoyment EverForward). Responsibilities will include but may not be limited to the following:
Manage the project qualification and proposal production process including:
Clearly communicatingthe information deliverables and content needed from the pursuit team including associated deadlines.
Collectingproject-specific information developing proposal contentandensuring that RFPrequirementsare met in thefinalsubmittal.
Integratingtechnical responses to ensure consistent messaging and visuals.
Developinginterviewpresentation materialswithpursuit teams.
Work with teams from different departments to coordinate pursuit efforts.
Coordinate and developinternal and externalcontent that helps tobuild a consistent and positive brand imagesupportingkey messages and businessobjectives.
Develop projector service linespecific stories and content that illustrateourtechnical expertise and leadership.
Maintain and update project information in the CRM system and ensure consistency throughout all materials.
Ensurethe integrity and consistency of corporate identity standards in all materialsproduced.
Support special projectsrelated to function and skillsetson an as-needed basis.
Required Skills and Abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Flexible and detail-oriented team player.
Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment.
Strong writing editing and graphic design/layout skills.
Proficiencywith Adobe Creative Suite (InDesignandPhotoshop) WordandPowerPoint.
A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in marketing communications or graphic designor related field preferred.
3 years ofstrongproposalwritingand productionexperience inA/E/C industrypreferred.
Experiencemanagingsocial mediachannels is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Available for minimal travel.
