Key Responsibilities:
- Support Growth Office initiatives for priority client accounts in Sri Lanka and Maldives - plan develop and monitor execution.
- Conduct research and analysis into Industry Market and Client Business Context to identify trends new developments and potential services that can be offered.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the Firms overall business strategy and Business Functions strategies by providing analytical insights and data driven recommendations to support strategic growth.
- Assist in improving current processes and optimizing organizational processes and procedures for efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure projects align with the firms strategic objectives and are completed within established timelines.
- Assist in developing risk management strategies to safeguard the firms interest.
- Assist in designing implementing and program managing cross-functional strategic initiatives for the Firm including transformational initiatives.
- Organizing and facilitating Executive Committee meetings and other governance structures.
- Assist in Research preparation and delivery of reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Degree holder with the ability to analyse business processes with minimum 02 years experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Presentation skills documentation and the ability to tailor communication to different audience
- The capacity to understand and contribute to projects from initiation to completion and align business initiatives with organizational goals
- Ability to build and manage relationships with various stakeholders
- Understanding of industry trends regulations and market dynamics
