Key Responsibilities:
- Provide advanced-level support to customers in Polish (C2 proficiency required).
- Communicate fluently in English (C1 level) to collaborate with team members and escalate queries when needed.
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and technical issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure customer satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
- Polish: C2 (native/near-native).
- English: C1 (advanced).
- Technical Skills: Advanced technical abilities to troubleshoot and assist customers effectively.
- Eligibility to Work in Greece: EU citizenship full-purpose or specific-purpose work permit card certificate of Protection (refugees).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
