Job Description
Primary Focus: Conduct structured live product demonstrations for qualified prospects and support the sales team in converting opportunities into closed deals. This role is focused on demo execution and not outbound prospecting.
Role Classification
- Contract position (Remote).
- Compensation: $4 per hour performance-based bonus per closed deal.
Key Qualifications
- 1 year experience in inside sales SaaS demos or product presentation
- Strong ability to present from PowerPoint confidently
- Clear professional English communication skills
- Comfortable screen sharing and navigating software live
- Able to follow structured demo scripts
- Coachable and receptive to feedback
- Reliable internet connection and professional demo setup
Responsibilities
Planning
- Review demo script prior to each presentation
- Understand prospect industry and use case before demo
- Coordinate with Account Executive regarding opportunity stage
Executing
- Conduct live product demos via Zoom
- Follow structured demo flow
- Highlight product value aligned to prospect needs
- Handle common objections using approved responses
- Log demo notes into CRM immediately after session
Optimizing
- Participate in weekly demo review sessions
- Improve demo-to-close conversion rate
- Track common objections and recommend slide updates
Incentive Compensation
- $X bonus per closed deal originating from completed demo
- Additional bonus for exceeding monthly demo-to-close target
