Job Summary
Position: Registered Nurse - RN
Career Land Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a full-time or part-time RN you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and further your career in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care including administering medications performing treatments and monitoring patient progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients
- Educate patients and their families on their conditions and proper self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Communicate effectively with patients families and other healthcare team members
- Adhere to all healthcare policies procedures and regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of employment
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferably in a clinical setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
