Job Description
- Grow inbound hazardous and non-hazardous industrial waste volume for a Memphis TN Treatment Storage and Disposal Facility (TSDF)
- Prospect and win new business with generators and brokers across manufacturing chemical refinery and industrial markets
- Qualify waste streams guide profiling conversations and align customer needs to treatment options and facility capabilities
- Negotiate pricing service strategy and logistics in partnership with Operations Transportation and Compliance
- Manage pipeline activity forecasting and reporting in HubSpot CRM
- Build relationships with EHS leaders procurement plant managers and engineers
- Represent the company at industry events and strengthen regional market presence
- Share market intel to support commercial strategy and continuous improvement
Qualifications
- 2 years of business development or account management experience in TSDF hazardous waste or environmental services
- Working knowledge of RCRA regulations hazardous waste codes and waste profiling concepts
- Experience selling to industrial accounts and or broker networks (manufacturing chemical refinery industrial)
- Comfortable in a consultative value-based sales process with strong negotiation skills
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
- Valid drivers license and willingness to travel up to 30%
