Job Summary
We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Tower Hamlets to assist with the appointment of a Housing Supply Schemes Co-ordinator on a 5-month contract highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.
Rate of Pay: 394.83 - 548.00 per day
Summary:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housing Supply New Build Co-ordinator to support the delivery of new-build housing and regeneration schemes. This role will coordinate housing supply projects from inception through delivery working closely with internal teams external partners and stakeholders to ensure high-quality affordable housing outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review client briefs feasibility studies and project plans
- Manage funding bids financial appraisals and budget monitoring
- Coordinate land assembly processes including CPOs and tenant decants
- Lead stakeholder engagement and consultation with residents and partners
- Present reports to senior managers and elected Members
- Oversee consultants contractors and internal staff
Qualifications:
- Educated to degree level or significant relevant professional experience
Essential Requirements:
- Proven experience managing capital build or regeneration projects
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Experience managing budgets financial appraisals and funding streams
- Ability to build strong partnerships across public and private sectors
- Experience preparing reports for senior stakeholders
- Flexible to work evenings/weekends when required
