Were looking for a compassionate Call Center Representative to provide excellent customer service while helping patients access the care they need. If you have strong communication skills the ability to multitask and a passion for patient-centered service wed love to have you on our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and provide professional empathetic customer service.
  • Schedule patient appointments according to protocol.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals as needed.
  • Accurately document and relay messages to nurses and providers to ensure proper follow-up.
  • Seek additional information from departments to resolve caller inquiries efficiently.
  • Identify and respond appropriately to emergency situations including mental health emergencies.
  • Call patients or their representatives when necessary to relay important information.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong multitasking abilities.
  • Empathy and excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to recognize when additional resources or crisis intervention is needed.
