Job Summary
Schedule: This is an on-call position responsible for providing coverage when regular staff are unavailable including filling in for scheduled or unscheduled absences as needed.
- Manage assigned caseload to Develop change and track results of the job seekers goals.
- Match a job seekers interests and abilities with available jobs. Look for new employers and nurture relationships with existing employers.
- Conduct an assessment of each job seeker. Focus on total life experiences not just work history and interest.
- Support job seeker in obtaining an interview for identified jobs. Attend interview if needed.
- Support participants currently employed to increase skills abilities hours duties authority as desired by participant.
- Reliable transportation.
- Associates degree and 1 year experience preferred
The base pay for this is $22.00/hr. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
