Job Summary
RN Manager Emergency Room
Location: Salem VA
Schedule: Days No Weekends
Main ED: 7A7P & 3P11P
Freestanding ED: 7A7P
Full-Time 3 Positions Available
Salary: $42.55$58.03/hr (based on experience)
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15000
Relocation Assistance: $1500

About the Role
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking RN Manager Emergency Roomfor an exciting job in Salem VA.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily unit operations in the Directors absence ensuring adequate staffing and resources.
Lead recruitment hiring staff evaluation orientation and competency development.
Develop and maintain unit standards fostering open communication across departments.
Facilitate orientation programs for new employees students and volunteers.
Coordinate efficient patient care across multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
Diploma/ADN required; BSN preferred or currently enrolled.
Active VA RN license or compact eligible.
AHA BLS required; TNCC ACLS PALS within 1 year.
ER Management experience required (1 year 1 year credit; Charge RN 1 year; Staff RN 1 year/3 years).
