Compensation:$15$18 per hour based on experience

About the Role:

Vitense Golfland is seeking a reliable and self-motivatedSeasonal Gardenerto join our Grounds Department. This part-time role plays a key part in maintaining the beauty cleanliness and health of our landscaped areas. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors has a basic understanding of plant care and is comfortable working independently in the early morning hours.

This role requiresstrong independence and self-direction. The gardener should be able tocreate a daily task list prioritize work and complete tasks without the need for step-by-step oversight.

This is aseasonal weather-dependentposition.

Key Responsibilities:

Grounds & Plant Care

• Assess daily needs and prioritize gardening tasks independently
• Plant seasonal flowers shrubs and other decorative greenery
• Water landscaped areas based on daily and seasonal needs
• Weed garden beds andmaintaintidy presentable grounds
• Identifyand report plant health issues or irrigation concerns

Tools & Daily Operations

• Use hand tools and light gardening equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow a daily task schedule with minimal supervision
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications& Skills:

• Ability to work independently and confidently plan daily tasks without frequent supervision
• Prior experience in landscaping gardening or groundskeeping preferred
• Strong knowledge of basic plant care and seasonal maintenance
• Dependable punctual and comfortable working independently
• Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Available for early morning shifts (approximately 6:006:30am start time)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand bend and move throughout landscaped areas
• Ability to occasionallylift upto 25lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods
