Unit Function:
CORTISONE Programme Office. Responsible for the delivery of the next generation of medical information services (Med IS) to Defence
Position Role:
Provides programme support with specific responsibilities for leading on the development of CORTISONE solutions in the deployed environment. Is the principal interface in the Programme Office for deployed user community stakeholders (including sS HQ and subordinate elements MAB JTFHQ PJHQ) and for the Deployed Architecture Team within the programmes Delivery Agent (Defence Digital at MOD Corsham). Works collaboratively across the CORTISONE Programme Office to ensure coherence especially in working to support the SRO Programme Director and SO1 Clinical Safety Officer (CSO).
Responsibilities:
Deployed Solution Lead.
- Serve as the Programme Office Lead for all facets of CORTISONE deployed solution development.
- Acting as the primary liaison between the Programme Office and both (1) the Delivery Agents Deployed Architecture Team and (2) deployed user community stakeholders including sS HQ subordinate elements MAB JTFHQ and PJHQ.
Agile Product Ownership.
- In coordination with the Programme Manager perform Product Ownership duties for deployed-space Med IS deliverables by facilitating user community engagement and participating in decision-making processes.
- Provide business insights related to DMS core deliverables in deployed environments.
- Collaborate regularly with the Firm Base Product Owner to maintain alignment across the Programme.
- Contribute to Firm Base Product Ownership as required according to Programme priorities.
Requirements Management.
- Support the Programme Manager in capturing developing and managing deployed-space requirements Key User Requirements (KURs) and Use Cases for Med IS working collaboratively across the Programme Office and Delivery Teams to maintain coherence.
