- Conduct outreach geared towards skilled nursing and rehab market and other levels of care as requested.
- Responsible for screening potential admissions for eligibility.
- Handle entire admission and admission related tasks/issues. Process admission paperwork with resident/family.
- Schedule organize and conduct tours with prospective residents and referral sources for skilled nursing.
- Respond and follow-up with all walk-ins phone ins mail-ins timely and appropriately.
- Complete daily report for skilled nursing activity for admissions discharges outreach and other tasks as needed.
- Keep Sales and Marketing Director and Skilled Nursing Administrator informed of all sales activity daily.
- Provide assistance to the sales and marketing director at independent/assisted/ memory care campuses and special assigned projects.
- Create plan and implement with Sales and Marketing Team and Program Director events to bring in prospective residents such as but not limited to: seminars speakers themed events and family nights.
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with residents families and professional providers of care.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all software programs.
- Coordinate admissions/transfers from various levels of care to/from skilled nursing and rehab.
- Work with AL/MC Managers to assist with moving residents through the continuum of care.
- Meet all expectations of occupancy.
- Participate in weekend call coverage in Manager Rotation.
- Responsible for marketing budget for skilled nursing.
Qualifications :
Level of Formal Education: Associated or Bachelors Degree preferred
Area of Study: Humanities Psychology Health Care Social Studies preferred
Years of Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Health Care industry preferably in Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation
Type of Experience: conducting outreach events to skilled nursing and rehab referral sources organizing marketing events to increase awareness and obtain admissions
Technical Competencies: word/excel documents computer skills
Skills and Ability:
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Personal Attributes: strong communication skills ability to make independent decisions.
