Due to internal restructuring the school is seeking an experienced and highly organised Exams Officer.
The Exams Officer will manage all internal and external examinations processes.
Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating GCSE and A Level examinations
Managing exam entries and amendments
Liaising with exam boards
Organising invigilators and exam timetables
Ensuring full compliance with JCQ regulations
Managing access arrangements
Preparing examination rooms
Processing results and post-results services
Maintaining secure exam storage procedures
Producing examination reports for leadership
This role requires precision confidentiality and the ability to meet strict national deadlines.
The Exams Officer works closely with the Data Manager SENCO and Deputy Headteacher (Assessment).
Experience working as an Exams Officer or similar role
Strong knowledge of JCQ regulations
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to manage high-pressure deadlines
