The Role
Teaching Food Technology across KS3 and KS4
Delivering engaging practical and theory-based lessons
Supporting coursework and examination preparation
Promoting high standards of hygiene and kitchen safety
Contributing to wider departmental and school initiatives
Monitoring progress and maintaining strong classroom standards
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A degree in Food Technology or related discipline
Experience teaching Food Technology at secondary level
Strong organisational and classroom management skills
High expectations for pupil engagement and behaviour
