- Provide personalized personal care including assistance with washing dressing.
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with eating drinking and dietary requirements
- Administer medication support in accordance with care plans and professional training
- Offer genuine companionship and emotional support to promote mental wellbeing
- Encourage social interaction and facilitate meaningful activities tailored to client interests
- Deliver person-centered care approaches particularly for clients with dementia or Alzheimers disease
- Maintain a clean safe and organized home environment through light housekeeping duties
- Monitor client wellbeing and promptly report any changes or concerns to the care team
- Maintain accurate confidential and detailed care records
- Respond to client needs with flexibility efficiency and a collaborative spirit
- Demonstrate resilience and problem-solving abilities in day-to-day situations
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in care settings home care senior care or nursing environments (is essential)
- A kind patient and genuinely compassionate nature with a client-focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a care team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Reliability punctuality .
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing client needs
- Problem-solving abilities and initiative
- Right to work in the United Kingdom (essential)
