Job Summary

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our clients for a Supply Finance Senior Analyst to join their regional finance team in Poland.

About the Role

This position plays a key role in driving financial performance and value creation across multiple manufacturing sites within the region. The successful candidate will partner closely with both finance and operational stakeholders to ensure strong financial governance insightful analysis and continuous improvement across supply chain activities.

This is an individual contributor role reporting to the regional Supply Finance leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead selected P&L components during month-end close forecasting (including S&OP) and annual planning cycles for several production sites

  • Perform variance analysis (actual vs. forecast) identify trends and assess financial risks and opportunities

  • Partner with shared service teams and external providers to ensure accurate and timely reporting

  • Deliver benchmarking analyses across sites and support knowledge-sharing initiatives

  • Develop and enhance digital tools and dashboards to improve reporting deep-dive analysis and performance tracking

  • Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support operational decision-making and regional projects

  • Promote continuous improvement by standardizing simplifying and automating financial processes

  • Collaborative approach with the ability to influence non-financial stakeholders

  • Solid understanding of cost and management accounting principles

  • Familiarity with manufacturing or supply chain operations

  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience ideally within manufacturing or supply chain finance

Preferred:

  • MBA CPA CMA or equivalent professional qualification
