Job Summary
Job Summary
- The Systems Process Engineer supports a system build process by assisting in testing of user requirements as well as evaluating the usability and efficiency of the system.
Job Duties
- After a period of training this position will complete testing of user requirements and scenarios in the system.
- Process Engineers will demonstrate a detailed understanding of the system and of warehouse processes.
- Process Engineers will work with the IT build team to communicate system gaps as well as suggested improvements.
- As they are testing the Process Engineer will document their findings and progress as well as provide communications on the status of testing.
- Process Engineers may need to complete demos or trainings for others on the system.
Other Duties
- Works with group of other testers to complete tasks
- Attends daily status meetings using Zoom Evaluates system for potential improvements and shares suggestions with group
- Evaluates reporting for system for accuracy and readability
- Creates test scenarios as necessary to complete training
