The LISW will play a vital role in supporting the mental and emotional well-being of individuals families and communities in a rural healthcare setting. This position involves conducting psychosocial assessments developing individualized treatment plans and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients across the lifespan. As part of an integrated care team the LISW will collaborate closely with primary care providers nurses and other behavioral health professionals to ensure coordinated whole-person care. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to serving underserved populations and possess the clinical skills necessary to address a wide range of behavioral health issues including depression anxiety trauma substance use and adjustment disorders. Master s degree in Social Work from an accredited program. Active LISW license in Iowa. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred. Experience working in rural or medically underserved settings is a plus. Strong interpersonal organizational and documentation skills. Alternative to Minimum Qualifications: None
