Clinical Therapist/Team Coordinator
Reports To: Middle TN Clinical Director and/or VP of Clinical Services
Salary: $60000-$67000
Location: Smyrna TN
Position Type: Full-Time In-office
Schedule: Expected to be in person 4.5 days per week with two days availability until 6pm
Position Summary
This position collaborates with executive leadership to support coordinate and supervise clinical programming at Allied Behavioral Health Solutions Resilient Roots Family Wellness Center located in Smyrna TN. This location provides Perinatal Mental Health Intensive Outpatient Programming (PMHIOP) Youth Intensive Outpatient Programming individual couples family and parent-child therapy services. This role also oversees the quality provision and productivity of clinical services associated with RRFWC supports ABHS team members and a positive work environment and ensures that those efforts align with programmatic expectations for fidelity and budgetary needs.
Requirements:

Masters degree in Social Work Counseling or related field is required.

Current licensure as LPC-MHSP LCSW or equivalent. Ability to provide licensure supervision preferred.

5 years of clinical experience.

Key Responsibilities
Staff & Clinical Leadership

Facilitate a culture within RRFWC that aligns with ABHS mission vision and values; prioritizing relationships and client care for all who interact with RRFWC.

Collaborate with other ABHS team members to ensure team member training availability and engagement in providing services for PMHIOP 8-12 IOP and all clinical programs connected to RRFWC to ensure a clear commitment to high-quality services for in-person and virtual services.

Support team member development clinical skills and documentation quality to meet ABHS standards.

Interview potential candidates and make recommendations for team members selected as deemed necessary. Support orientation to new staff members. Complete 45 90 and annual reviews for team members.
Community Engagement

Collaborate with marketing and community outreach to ensure referrals and community awareness to maintain sufficient census for all RRWC programming.

Attend outreach events and statewide/national meetings to increase ABHS visibility and networking as needed.
Program Oversight & Delivery
-
Track KPIs census needs and trends of daily operations to inform leadership of progress and needs to support collaborative decision making and systemic adjustments as needed.

Place order for supplies necessary for the location and submit all tracking and receipts per organizational guidelines.

Identify needs and offer solutions to barriers to service delivery and program implementation.

Collaborate with Little Blossoms therapeutic preschool to support clinical collaboration with outpatient behavioral health providers and in-school support staff.
Other responsibilities
-
Collaborate with the Program Evaluation team to ensure accurate and timely collection and reporting of data associated with the funding. Collaborate with Director of Middle Tennessee to consider barriers to CQI process and opportunities for adjustments and growth.

Carry a clinical caseload of 15 client hours per week.
