Role: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Charlotte NC (Hybrid - 3 Days onsite/week)

Salary FULLTIME

Job Description:

6 years in AI/ML engineering data science or advanced analytics.

Hands-on experience developing AI POCs and prototypes.

Strong knowledge of ML frameworks (TensorFlow PyTorch Hugging Face LangChain etc.).

Familiarity with generative AI Agentic AI NLP AI/ML frameworks and automation strategies.

Experience with cloud AI services and APIs.

Skills:

Strong AI/ML model development capabilities Python/SQL skills and rapid prototyping ability.

Ability to move quickly from ideation to functional demonstration.

Strong analytical problem-solving and storytelling skills.

Comfort with ambiguity and iterative experimentation.

Education: Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science Data Science Engineering or related field
