Schedule: Sunday Saturday
Shift: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $50 $55 per hour

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join a reputable rehabilitation facility in Philadelphia PA. This 13-week contract opportunity offers consistent guaranteed hours and a competitive pay rate.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
Provide therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation programs
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams

Qualifications

Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) License
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Strong clinical and communication skills
Previous rehabilitation or skilled nursing experience preferred
