As we scale our impact were looking for a Sales Development & Outbound Lead Generation Specialist to own the full outbound function from end to end. Youll build the infrastructure that generates pipeline and drive the conversations that convert prospects into partners. Its a high-impact hands-on role with real responsibility from day one.
The Role
You will own CleanHubs outbound engine from sourcing and enriching prospect data to writing sequences managing campaigns and engaging directly with potential brand partners. Youll work closely with the Head of Sales to ensure a steady flow of qualified opportunities combining sharp operational execution with strong commercial instincts. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable building lists and having conversations and who thrives in a fast-paced target-driven environment.
Tasks
- Research scrape and build high-quality prospect lists of consumer goods companies globally aligned to CleanHubs ideal customer profile
- Enrich and maintain contact data using tools like Apollo Clay LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Salesforce
- Use web scraping and automation to efficiently source and process lead data
- Write and optimize outbound email and LinkedIn sequences that drive engagement and replies
- Set up manage and monitor outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn channels
- Manage sending infrastructure including inbox health domain warm-up and deliverability
- Prospect actively on LinkedIn and engage directly with potential partners
- Conduct cold calls and handle both inbound and outbound leads
- Monitor campaign performance and iterate on messaging targeting and sequencing based on data
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach activity qualified leads and meetings booked
- Book qualified meetings for the sales team and ensure smooth handover of context and next steps
- Keep CRM and outreach tooling up to date and support reporting on pipeline and campaign metrics
Requirements
- Hungry and driven: motivated to hit targets and take ownership of the full outbound cycle
- Detail-oriented and systematic: you take pride in clean data and well-structured campaigns
- Creative and analytical: able to write compelling copy and back decisions with performance data
- Resilient: comfortable with rejection and focused on continuous improvement
- A self-starter: proactive curious and willing to take initiative without being told what to do
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outreach and pipeline targets
- Experience building prospect lists and running multi-channel outbound campaigns
- Hands-on experience with tools like Apollo Clay LinkedIn Sales Navigator Instantly Salesforce or similar
- Familiarity with email deliverability best practices domain warm-up and inbox management
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time and outreach sequences independently
- Native-level English fluency and confident communication skills across written and verbal channels
- Awareness of GDPR and outbound compliance best practices
- A genuine interest in sustainability: youll be building pipeline for something you can believe in
- Based in South Asia/South East Asia
