Job Summary

The E&I Supervisor works closely with operations engineering maintenance safety and operations. The position reports directly to the Sr. Maintenance Manager located in McArthur Ohio.

Responsibilities And Duties

Supervise coach and develop a team of E&I Technicians.
Assign daily work manage priorities and ensure all tasks are completed safely and effectively.
Provide technical guidance on troubleshooting complex electrical instrumentation and controls issues.
Conduct performance reviews support training plans and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinate overtime call-ins shift coverage and contractor support when needed.

Education And Experience

5 years industrial experience in electrical and instrumentation roles with demonstrated troubleshooting capability.
Strong understanding of PLCs VFDs robotics sensors transmitters control loops and industrial power distribution.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics P&IDs and technical documentation.
Prior leadership experience or proven ability to lead teams in a working lead or senior technician role.

Skills Knowledge And Abilities

CMMS experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
High level of technical expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems.
Ability to prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
