What Is The Opportunity
The Source Assurance Supervisor is responsible for the planning coordination deployment and oversight of source surveillance activities across multiple suppliers sub-suppliers and manufacturing locations. The role focuses on project execution and resource management ensuring that source surveillance coverage is properly planned staffed monitored and completed in accordance with Aecons Quality Management System project and customer requirements and applicable codes and standards.
The Source Assurance Supervisor provides direct supervision and technical direction to Source Surveillance Specialists and third-party inspection resources and reports to the Source Assurance Manager and the Quality Director.

The salary range for this position is $100000- $115000
Individual pay is determined based on several factors including work location education experience unique skills and job conditions. Other considerations may include certifications specialized training and the complexity or scope of the role.
