Ensuring Charts Success
Working collaboratively with HR Centers of Expertise and other HR staff provides direction support coordination and execution of human resources initiatives for a division.
What Will You Do
- Drive continuous improvement in HRs strategic value to the business.
- Lead and coordinate training initiatives for managers and employees to ensure understanding of Charts Code of Conduct compliance requirements positive employee relations and other company-wide programs and policies.
- Administer and support employee benefit programs in collaboration with the Centers of Expertise (COE).
- Champion the HR strategy and influence key stakeholders to align with organizational goals.
- Contribute to the successful execution of the HR business plan.
- Support the implementation of Charts HR policies and procedures to ensure consistent application and compliance with federal state and local regulations.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts including partnering with hiring managers to assess staffing needs posting positions screening candidates conducting interviews and ensuring compliance with applicable employment laws and Charts Strategic Staffing Model.
- Facilitate Onboarding and conduct New Hire Orientations
- Investigate and resolve employee relations matters including harassment discrimination and other workplace concerns.
- Participate in discipline and termination processes ensuring fair and consistent application of policies across the organization.
- Monitor and recommend action plans to ensure compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) programs addressing areas of under-representation.
- Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and employee development.
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain a positive union-free work environment in non-union locations.
- Uphold Charts Code of Conduct and Business Ethics Standards.
- Ensure all compliance of employee records to meet internal and external customer expectations.
Essential Functions

Your Experience Should Be...
- Bachelors Degree in HR or a business-related discipline
- 8 - 10 years relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree in HR or a business-related discipline
- 6 years of experience in progressive HR roles (industrial manufacturing and multiple locations)
- Previous Lean or Six Sigma experience
Technical Skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications Internet and Email
- Experience with HRIS systems (SuccessFactors)
- Mathematical skills
Other Skills
- Knowledge of legislation affecting HR in multiple states
