Job Overview/Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Associate Dentist Generalist to provide comprehensive dental care in a dynamic and growth-oriented practice. Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality dental care including diagnostic restorative preventive and emergency treatments.

Develop comprehensive treatment plans and guide patients toward optimal oral health.

Clearly communicate diagnoses treatment options and procedures to patients.

Lead and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Oversee day-to-day practice operations while ensuring compliance with all health and safety protocols.

Manage patient flow to maintain efficiency and high levels of patient satisfaction.

Stay current with evolving dental technologies and treatment techniques.

Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies to promote growth and profitability.

Qualifications:

Valid and current DDS or DMD license in the state of practice

Active DEA license

Minimum of 3 years of experience in general dentistry with emphasis on restorative and diagnostic care

Invisalign Certification or willingness to obtain certification
