Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our team at our Cincinnati location. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills a deep understanding of accounting principles and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Conduct financial analysis and report findings to management.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Coordinate with external auditors and assist with audit preparations.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field; CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
