Completion Bonus: $2500 per contract (up to $7500 after three contracts)

Job Description

ATC Healthcare is seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment in Cookeville Tennessee. This is a high-volume Emergency Department serving all age groups including neonates pediatrics adults and geriatrics in a fast-paced acute care environment.

The RN will provide comprehensive emergency nursing care perform rapid assessments manage acute and critical conditions and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient-centered emergency services. This role requires strong clinical judgment adaptability and proven emergency nursing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rapid triage and clinical assessments.
• Provide emergency nursing care for acute and critical conditions.
• Administer medications and emergency treatments.
• Monitor and stabilize patients in emergency situations.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Respond to trauma and medical emergencies.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support patient safety and quality care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee RN license (or compact license).
• Minimum 2 years of ER experience required.
• Travel experience required (no first-time travelers).
• Required Certifications:
  • BLS
  • ACLS
  • PALS
• Preferred Certifications:
  • TNCC
  • ENPC
• Strong assessment triage and emergency response skills.
• Ability to function in high-acuity fast-paced environments.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
