BGS is seeking an F-22 Product Configuration Management Lead to supportthe F-22 program in Berkeley Missouri. This lead role will be performing Configuration Management processes (Configuration Identification Configuration Change Management Configuration Status Accounting Configuration Verification/Configuration Audits plus Planning and Management) as implemented by aircraft program.
Position Responsibilities:
- Support assignment of configuration items/computer software configuration items (CS/CSCI) identifiers
- Manage program technical baselines and interfaces
- Prepare and coordinate change documentation and Engineering Change Proposals (ECP) / Contract Change Proposals (CCPs)
- Support Equipment Operational Flight Clearances (EOFCs)
- Prepare and coordinate request for variances (RFV)
- Perform configuration audits and verification activities for hardware software systems
- Prepare inputs for supplier statements of work (SSOW) and flow down requirements
- Evaluate supplier configuration management data submission
- Prepare metrics and status reports
- Attend Engineering and Configuration meetings working groups and boards.
- Work with Boeing program teams Business Partner Customer and Suppliers
- Educate and/or train others on program CM processes
Active U.S. Security Clearance and Special Program Access or other Government Access Requirements are required for this position.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
- 14 years of related work experience
- Active Security Clearance
- Ability to obtain F-22 Special Access Program (SAP) clearance
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Candidates with National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Configuration/Data Management certification
- Masters Business Administration (MBA) degree
- Technical Proposal Planning and Estimating experience
- Experience preparing and revising Configuration Management plan
