Job Summary
The Day Services Caregiver provides compassionate person-centered support to individuals with disabilities in a day program setting. This role focuses on assisting participants with daily living activities implementing Person Centered Plans (PCPs) promoting skill development community integration and fostering an inclusive and engaging environment. The Caregiver is responsible for ensuring the safety health and well-being of all participants during program hours. This position starts in Burlington and transports residents to the Day Services program location in Kenosha.
