Tax AnalystThe primary role of a Tax analyst is to analyse/prepare tax returns social security 30% ruling applications and develop a collaborative relationship with EY colleagues.

Your key responsibilities
- Learn and get trained on the Netherlands tax law social security and 30% ruling concepts.
- Analyse client data to determine the type of return to be prepared.
- Review tax forms and determine the tax treatment.
- Review and Understand client specifications.
- Prepare the return using a tax software.
- Self-review before delivering the return to the next level for review.
- Prepare various types of tax calculations in addition to tax returns. Prepare social security and 30%ruling applications.
- Handle a population of assignees.
- Email communications.
- Respond to inquiries from in country teams seniors managers regarding delivery of work.
- Deliver high quality timely work.
- Maintain proper documentation/checklists of work delivered.
- Develop client service and engagement skills.
- Assist Seniors and Managers on special projects as requested.
- Establish a positive working relationship with teams.
Adequate training will be provided to acquaint the analyst with the necessary skills to start working on the Netherlands tax returns social security and 30% applications. Analysts will continue to learn on-the-job thereby sharpening their knowledge.

To qualify for the role you must have
- Graduate or Postgraduate (preferred) Degree
Ideally youll also have
- Good working knowledge of MS office Excel Word and Outlook
- Excellent Written and oral communications skills in business English
