POSITION: Sales Coordinator

SUMMARY:
General Responsibilities:
The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting the outside Sales Engineers by executing and coordinating various events. This position will also keep marketing materials CRM data and digital content organized and up to date. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with other BCS Departments to provide the best possible outcomes.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Factory Visits & Training Coordination
- Coordinate all factory visits including agendas logistics and stakeholder communication.
- Manage the annual factory visit calendar to prevent scheduling conflicts.
- Track visit history by customer and Sales Engineer.
- Monitor factory visit ROI attendance and follow-up actions.
Events Trade Shows & Customer Engagement
- Coordinate all trade shows lunch-and-learns marketing events and sales meetings including registration setup meals travel and lodging.
- Coordinate branded giveaways and promotional items for events.
- Support onsite event setup when needed and actively engage with customers at event tables.
Marketing & Sales Support
- Support overall sales activities and initiatives.
- Distribute marketing leads generated through website social media email campaigns and trade media to the appropriate salesperson for follow-up.
- Maintain accuracy of customer and prospect lists on a quarterly basis.
- Assist with CRM account and contact cleanup.
- Research target accounts and contacts and track key personnel changes.
- Create sales team PowerPoint presentations as requested.
Marketing Materials & Digital Content
- Create order and distribute promotional materials and advertisements.
- Maintain current inventory of company marketing collateral and partner literature.
- Publish and edit content on company websites.
- Track and report social media performance metrics (posts engagement shares) quarterly.
Engages in Personal Training and Development.
- Works with manufacturers to stay up on their current processes to ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Studies literature and attends seminars to keep current on products processes and materials.
- Embraces feedback to be used for personal development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or equivalent in business administration or marketing or related field preferred.
Skills and Experience
- Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excels in a diverse team environment.
- Well versed in the utilization of Microsoft Office (Word Excel and Outlook) and any relevant software applications.
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
- Mathematical abilities to add subtract multiply and divide all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and create and interpret graphs.
- Ability to build rapport and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
- Highly organized thorough and detail oriented.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to evaluate urgency of situation and prioritize tasks.
