Job summary:
As an Business Development Associate (RIA) on the 55ip Business Development RIA team you will focus on supporting the sales efforts targeting Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) to utilize to 55ips platform. You will play a critical role in supporting the sales process building relationships with prospective clients & asset management partners and helping RIAs understand the value of 55ips solutions.
Job responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification:Identify research and qualify prospective RIAs who can benefit from 55ips platform.
- Sales Support:Partner with Business Development Managers to execute outreach campaigns engaging our asset management partners and preparing sales materials/presentations.
- Product Expertise:Develop a deep understanding of 55ips technology features and benefits to effectively communicate value propositions to RIAs.
- Client Engagement:Conduct introductory calls product demos and follow-ups with prospective clients to move them through the sales funnel.
- Pipeline Management:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaboration:Work closely with marketing product and the Advisor Success Teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Market Intelligence:Stay informed about industry trends competitor offerings and regulatory changes impacting RIAs.
Required qualifications skills and capabilities:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Business Economics or related field.
- 3 years of experience in financial services fintech or sales support (internships included).
- Strong interest in investment management fintech and the RIA channel.
- Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
