Basic Qualifications
- Strong experience in modern UI technologies including React Redux JavaScript Webpack CSS and HTML with at least 3+ years experience working in these technologies.
- Good understanding of frontend performance optimizations
- Demonstrated ability to create/contribute to large complex projects
- Experience in frontend code refactoring and technical debt resolution
- Good understanding of frontend architecture patterns and demonstrated ability to enforce them
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with an eagerness to learn ask questions and collaborate effectively within a cross-regional team environment.
- Strong sense of ownership focus on quality responsiveness efficiency and innovation
