Job Summary
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible to take care of all the maintenance activities of Process and Non-Process areas.
- Responsible to take care of all the Calibration activities of Process and Non-Process areas.
- Preparation of PMP task lists & calibration task lists for equipments and schedule Updation in SAP.
- To perform/execute Preventive Maintenance and Calibration of Equipment/Instruments as per the schedule/procedure.
- To Execute/resolve all the Breakdowns and General Maintenance as per the procedure.
- Coordination with Team Members to close Breakdowns and General Maintenance of any maintenance in Process and Non Process Areas.
- Coordination with third party personnel to execute calibrations as per procedure.
- Updation/Execution of all Log Books and checklists.
- Expertise Mechanical engineering support to process machines and extended support to Projects in exceptional cases where necessary based on the decision of Resource Manager engineering
- Responsible to ensure all the Maintenance and Scheduled activities were completed as per the Procedure with necessary record.
- Undertake other duties as determined by the manager deputizing where necessary.
- Co-ordination with Cross Functional team for the clearance of Equipment/Instrument PMPs and calibrations as per planned schedule.
- Responsible for preparation and Updation of all necessary documents required for audits (SOPs Formats PMP Documents Protocols Equipment History/Breakdown analysis documents).
- Initiation of Change Controls and closure of Action Plans and CAPAs.
- Preparation of Inventory lists whenever required.
- Coordination with Vendor to solve the discrepancies observed in the Process and Non Process Equipments.
- Involving in Qualification and Installation activities.
- Responsible for execution of World Class Maintenance Activities.
- Responsible for Password Management (Admin Responsibilities) for all the available equipments.
- Responsible for closure of Investigations.
- Preparation and Renewal of vendor Service Agreements.
- Responsible to ensure the availability of spares required for all critical equipments.
- Responsible to ensure training requirements of team and update the same in iLearn.
- Ensure compliance against safety and quality.
- Track Allocate and ensure the completion of all scheduled PMPs and calibration activities.
Qualifications :
Educational Qualification
Graduation in any discipline. B Tech (Instrumentation).
Minimum Work Experience
6 years overall experience. 4 years within pharma industry.
