Job Summary

Customer Success Manager (B2B SaaS)

Experience: 3 Years (Mandatory in B2B SaaS)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage end-to-end customer lifecycle drive product adoption ensure retention and identify growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard and manage B2B SaaS clients

Drive product usage and customer satisfaction

Conduct regular review meetings (QBRs/MBRs)

Handle renewals upsell & cross-sell opportunities

Reduce churn and improve retention

Coordinate with Sales Product & Support teams


Requirements

Requirements:

3 years of Customer Success experience in B2B SaaS

Strong stakeholder management skills

Good understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR churn retention)

Excellent communication skills
