Summary:
The Pricing Supervisor is responsible for managing analyzing and optimizing product pricing across multiple e-commerce channels including third-party marketplaces and direct-to-consumer websites. This role plays a critical part in driving profitability maintaining competitive positioning and improving inventory turnover through data-driven pricing decisions. The ideal candidate is highly analytical detail-oriented and comfortable working with large datasets in a fast-paced on-site environment.
What Youll Do:
- Analyze sales velocity competitor pricing profitability and inventory levels to recommend and implement pricing adjustments.
- Manage pricing updates across a large SKU catalog for multiple online sales channels.
- Input pricing changes through ERP systems using manual entry and bulk spreadsheet uploads.
- Monitor competitive pricing activity and market trends to maintain consistent and competitive pricing strategies.
- Optimize margins and inventory turnover through strategic pricing decisions.
- Partner with the pricing team and operations leadership to ensure accuracy and consistency across channels.
- Provide pricing and sales analysis support to advertising purchasing and other internal teams.
- Maintain pricing accuracy and data integrity across multiple systems and platforms.
Experience Youll Need:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and translating analysis into actionable pricing decisions.
- Strong understanding of margin calculations profitability analysis and pricing fundamentals.
- Experience conducting market and competitive analysis.
- Experience managing a team of Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
- High attention to detail strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and ambiguity.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
